DMCA / Copyright Policy

AtoZmp3 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and partners to do the same. This page explains how we handle copyright concerns.

Our approach

AtoZmp3 is primarily an online streaming platform. Songs play through official embedded players from third-party services such as Spotify and YouTube, and that audio is hosted and controlled by those services, not by us. Where we offer a download, we do so only for content we are licensed to distribute or that is released for free by the rights holder.

Filing a copyright notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of one) and believe material accessible on atozmp3.net infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to dmca@atozmp3.net including:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work concerned.
  • The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

On receiving a valid notice we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material promptly — typically within 2–3 business days. If the material is a third-party streaming embed, we will remove the embed from our page; the underlying audio may also need to be reported to the hosting platform (Spotify or YouTube).

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the details above and an explanation. We will review it in good faith.
